Every year the RBA Education Committee selects 40 semi-finalists for the RBA Rome Scholarship. These “RISING STARS“ aged 18 – 35 will have their work shown in an exhibition at the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL) in Mayfair. Three of these will be selected as finalists and invited to an interview at the Mall Galleries in Central London. They will each be able to show one of their works alongside members at the RBA Annual Exhibition in 2022 and will each receive a financial award. The winner will spend a month at Sala Uno, a prestigious arts centre and gallery in the centre of Rome.
