The LARA Prize for a Young Artist

LARA would like to offer this Prize to a young artist whose work balances an impressive level of technical understanding with a subject and treatment that is authentic and relevant to the twenty-first century. The recipient will receive a place on a LARA Short Course of their choosing (excluding Masterclasses) at our London studio, to be taken up within one year. Please visit https://www.drawpaintsculpt.com/product-category/courses/short/ to see our full range of scheduled courses including our Summer School. The London Atelier of Representation Art (LARA) was set up in 2008 in response to the lack of rigorous skills-based training available in the UK. Our alumni work in fields as varied as portraiture, theatrical scenic art, digital and concept art, teaching and fine art.
